Dear friends,
We appreciate and celebrate the change of seasons as we move from winter to spring.

As soon as the weather warmed up and the sun shined , the mood changed for the better. Relief, joy, expectation. The soil from black turned green, the wild flowers bloomed, the butterflies came and the frogs started their song.

We completed the plantings for this year.
We planted about 800 plants: 600 forest trees and shrubs that will be enjoyed by bees as well, 100 olive trees of Koroneiki variety for the production of olive oil and 100 ornamental ones in the garden of the paternal house.
We will ask you, the guests of “eleonas”, to help us water them during the summer. We already had the first volunteers!!

We started the creation of the "Donors’ Garden" to honor our sponsors. Thank you again for your support. The wooden sign is very small in relation to our gratitude. |

Many thanks to our volunteer, Petter, (20 years customer at the hotel) who came after the snow and helped with the repairs. He cooked us a piece of a Norwegian deer, made us laugh and unfortunately he leftand just missed the nice spring weather. |
