Autumn

Around this time of year, we like to look back on the summer that has passed — the people we met, the experiences we shared, the moments that turned into memories.

This year, too, we welcomed guests from Greece, from across Europe, and even farther away — from America and Australia.

They came, spent some time with us, and left carrying with them the taste of the land and the warmth of our company.

We served breakfasts made with local, fresh, and wholesome ingredients.

We shared moments and stories — spoke about olive cultivation, the myths born here, the art of weaving… and the students outshone the teacher.

We are always delighted when visitors from every corner of the world seek us out, eager to discover the world of olive oil.

This year, more than 100 participants joined us for our hands-on olive oil tasting experience, where they gained practical knowledge useful to every consumer.

They learned to appreciate the aromas and flavors of the two "eleonas Vallis” varieties.

We also took part in small summer outdoor markets, proudly showcasing our extra virgin organic olive oil.

This year has been a special one.

With pride, we displayed our two Tourism Awards for “eleonas” guesthouse, along with the two gold awards for “eleonas Vallis” olive oil.

Now it’s time for a few months’ pause.

We — along with our cats, dogs, and chickens — look forward to welcoming you again in the spring of 2026.
