In a world that moves at a relentless pace, where alarming news hits us from every side, stability can be seen as a true privilege.

The ’silence’ from “eleonas hotel” isn’t necessarily a void; rather, it’s a space filled with safety, calm, and that sense of normalcy we all crave.

Time flies quietly but steadily. Spring is giving way to summer, bringing more sunshine and higher temperatures.

A brief exception was the cool break over the May Day long weekend, which brought a temporary chill and autumn-like scenes.

Nevertheless, the rain was a blessing for the olive trees. Even these small weather ’surprises’ confirm the importance of balance in nature.

Having completed the repairs to our storage facilities and the construction of the olive mill, we moved on to replacing the burnt olive trees with new ones—though, unfortunately, you won’t see many of them, as wild boars have caused significant damage.

Now, it is time for another major project: rebuilding the small house lost to the flames in August 2021. We are starting by stripping away the old doors, windows, and plaster. Then, step by step, it will begin to take shape again.

There are so many memories here. This is where we celebrated our wedding, where we lived as newlyweds, where two babies grew up, and where we hosted countless gatherings with friends.
