Another season comes to an end | Autumn at eleonas
Dear friends,
|
Summer came to an almost sudden end, leaving behind cooler days and the first autumn rains — so essential for our olive trees.
The weather has changed, nature is slowly preparing for the new harvest, and we are enjoying the deep red sunsets that make autumn in Rovies so special.

 |
With autumn comes once again the season of pomegranates and pumpkins.
Pomegranates turn red on the trees, adding colour to our fruit salads, while pumpkins decorate the entrance to our guesthouse.

Those of you who stayed with us this summer will surely remember the playful antics of our four newborn kittens.
They have grown, become livelier than ever, and continue to be the little stars of the estate!
Our cats can sometimes be a little troublesome at breakfast — especially when they have their eyes on something tempting on the table — but they are an essential part of life here on the estate.

This past summer was full of events in Rovies and Limni, ranging from a motorcycle gathering to traditional Greek dancing and concerts. The final musical events, organised with the support of the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), were truly exceptional. Wonderful music by the sea!
This year, we also took part in the Gastronomy Festival in Limni, presenting our own products: organic extra virgin olive oil and organic olives.
We are getting ready for the exhibition in Germany, taking place from 25 to 29 November 2026. If you happen to be near Munich, we would be delighted to see you!
You will have the opportunity to be among the first to get your hands on our fresh organic olive oil, straight from this year’s harvest.

A documentary series entitled “Agrotouristic Experience” chose to dedicate some of its time to our very own guesthouse.
Stefanos spoke about olive cultivation and the life cycle of the olive tree, while I shared our story of hospitality at Eleonas and our ongoing effort to make the everyday truly unforgettable.
|
 |
And now, 2026 is drawing to a close for eleonas, while the olive harvest has already begun here on the estate. We are looking forward to our fresh BIO extra vergin olive oil.
Another cycle comes to an end, and a new one begins… with the hope of welcoming you back to eleonas before long.
warm regrds
