April in Rovies Greece

For a week in October we will host Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 2.

"In this 50 hour course, cultivate the core skill for this coming age – the ability to recognize stress in ourselves and others and develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation. We can’t wait to welcome Shiv Charan Singh and Sohan Kaur and the other yoga teachers.

Also for those who would like to learn Greek, there will be a week of lessons and activities at “eleonas” by Peek at Greek.

Orthodox Easter (28 April) is almost here > Have you booked your holidays yet? There are still some free rooma here. Like every year on Saturday night the traditional “magiritsa” soup will be awaiting you among other local dishes.  On Easter Sunday in the open we will roast lamb on the spit and “kokoretsi”. There will be activities for everybody.

A couple of weeks ago, in March, we took part at one more exhibition, in Athens this time. We were promoting the Extra virgin Bio Olive oil eleonas at the Food Expo.

After our return to Rovies there was a micro-cyclone of very strong wind which broke trees, chimneys, tents. There was a lot of damage at the farm which we are still repairing.
